When we heard Chicken Treat travelled the world researching fried chicken, we thought it was a marketing gimmick. The company tested fried chicken in Asia and from American chains that don’t use 11 secret herbs and spices and the result is Crunchified. And, you know what, it’s pretty darn good. Chicken Treat’s new offering would not look or taste out of place in the paper-lined plastic trays of the hipster small bars that have so eagerly jumped on the soul-food bandwagon.
